The Champagne Bruno Paillard Assemblage 2009 has been maturing for seven years on lees, developing complex notes of sweet spices and candied fruits, enhanced by a persistent vivacity.
On the nose the champagne has primary aromas of cherries, mixed with small red fruit and enveloped in ripe citrus notes. On the palate it shows spices and ripe fruit notes mixed with fresh almond and wild strawberries.
