Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Rose

The Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as a red wne. 40% of the finished wine is composed from reserves, and spends 36 months on the lees before disgorgement. Pale pink with glints of gold in appearance, the wine offers a delicate bouquet of red berries and citrus zest. This is the ideal pairing for salmon and sushi.
