Harria (‘stone’ in the Basque language). Young and light, with bubbles to denote its youth. Made with Hondarrabi Zuri grapes.
Straw-yellow with green hues; clean and bright with light bubbles denoting its youth. Intense, very personal varietal aromas, particularly of citrus fruit (limes, grapefruit) and apples and other white pulp fruit. Fresh and harmonious in the mouth, with that elegant bitter hint typical of the grape variety.
Food pairing: Assorted tapas, char-grilled fish, mild cheeses.
