Located on the outskirts of Forst, the Jesuitengarten is one of the best vineyards in Pfalz due to its extremely high mineral content. The location is famous for its fine and elegant wines with high complexity.
The name goes back to the possessions of the former Jesuit monastery in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse. In 1793 the Jordan family bought the vineyard.
The Jesuitengarten is complex, with very fine fruit and spice. Still cautious at the moment, it is already showing its fullness and length. The presence of acid makes this wine very gripping. A still young wine with great potential and a shelf life of approx. 15 years. The wine is ideal for veal and poultry dishes and for complex fish compositions.
